Damaged and Faulty Products

If you receive a product which is damaged or faulty please contact us at sales@vynx.co.nz with the following information.

Sale invoice number.
Product that is damaged or faulty.
Description of damage or fault.

Damage and Fault claims must be lodged within 7 days of your order being received.
Damaged and faulty goods will be replaced where possible, if item is no longer available then a refund will be offered.
